Exactly. Technology and healthcare are all about trial and error. Voyant has done a great job minimizing bad press even though it is part of the business.

First-mover status can often be quite difficult and often results in failure. I'm very glad that Voyant is taking time to roll-out their superior airline broadband system -- bad press like this is being avoided.
