good positive outlook cjwestcoast although we need the company to start puching this product a lot harder. Investprs can't be the only ones buying it.

Just purchased my 1st Rudy. Actually, I bought the last 16 from Las Vegas Nutrition Center at 5310 Sahara Dr, Las Vegas. The receptionist asked me if I was an Investor. How'd she know? It seems that whenever someone comes in to buy Rudy they purchase the entire stores stock. She said they carry a few cases at a time and that if it weren't for investors buying the product sales would be slow. I guess the good part is, it does taste good. Whether the taste will go over big , only time will tell. Anyway trying to do my part. Will try to spread the product amongst my friends & family. Will also make efforts to purchase more on line from Vegas. It might be a good thing Rudy isn't trading since the market is panicking. Just trying to look to the bright side .

Thanks for sharing that awesome. I take a little comfort in that. It sounds like the delay isn't on Rudy anymore but it is waiting on the higher ups to approve it.

According to the Administrative Order published on the SEC website, the Administrative Law Judge has up to 120 days from the date of the order (Sept. 12) to issue a ruling. That means it could be January 9th, 2009 before there is a ruling. The result could be up to a one year suspension of trading or revocation of their registration. It also shows that Rudy has 19 delinquent filings, some because the auditor withdrew their report.

Here is another communication from Mr. Taylor that was posted on Investors Hub:

Thank you for your interest in Rudy Nutrition. At this time, the stock is not moving up or down because the company is non-reporting company with no market makers covering the stock. It has been my experience that this is common among non-reporting pink sheet stocks. This lack of market makers, makes it difficult for investors to find buyers and sellers to complete the trade. Market makers, make markets to connect buyers and sellers. This one of the reasons why RUDN was a Fully Reporting pink. Managemet is now preparing to file to move back to Fully Reporting status and most likely Bulletin Board listing at the same time. Once the filing is completed and approved, market makers will then be able to make markets on RUDN and allow more ease in trading of RUDN. Management is hoping the SEC and FINRA will continue to move quickly in reviewing and approving the completed forms. Again, thank you for your interest in Rudy Nutrition.
